IT'S TRENDING: FLAMINGOS

I am not entirely sure why Flamingos are so adored, but I think it is because they are a wonderful shade of pink, they perch on the thinnest of legs and are one of the most graceful birds there is. It also helps that they go hand-in-hand with all things tropical, and convey a sense of wonder wherever they are.  Lately, its all about this pink bird. With their recent popularity, the Flamingo motif is showing up on everything from wallpaper to writing paper. Here are a few Flamingo favorites.

Resembling a happy facsimile of the real thing only not, there realistic sculptures with glass eyes and felt legs from British company Not on The High Street are covered in dyed feathers from other types of birds.  Luckily, they ship to the US, so they can be yours if you envision them at home with you. I can't decide if I love them or if they are a tad creepy.
