HOP TO IT! EASTER IS COMING

 Easter is coming! One of my favorite holidays is around the corner, and making Easter Baskets ranks high on my list of fun things to do. I won't be preparing any this year, but admiring them from afar. When I was little, my Mom, who is quiet the kitchen wiz, would make chocolate bunnies in giant plastic molds and tie ribbons around their neck. She would nestle them among the pastel jelly beans and green grass of our Easter Baskets. My Easter bounty was beautiful and thoughtful, and I love how so many companies, from Le Pain Quotidien to local candy stores make their own chocolate bunnies.  The tradition continues, and its an opportunity to get creative and come up with a pastel-hued vision all your own. The delight and surprise Easter morning makes it all worthwhile. Enjoy the preparation and the multi-hued Easter bonnets and egg hunts that go along with the holiday.
