JUST ONE THING: ADD A PIECE OF WICKER

Using natural materials in interiors adds a casual element to the mix. There is something light and airy about wicker and rattan that makes it a great choice-- it lends an air of ease and never comes off as being staid. Just look at what Marella Agnelli started when she used wicker in her homes, it was the epitome of chic. When I came across the Anguilla Rattan Coffee Table from Serena and Lily it appealed to me for two reasons-- it is round, which I don't often see in new wicker, and it has an open base that appears to float. So, it adds a lightness with interesting play of forms and a  has a lot of surface space, making it a winner.
