HOLLYWOOD AT HOME PART II
Interior designer Peter Dunham's Hollywood at Home California comfortable empire is expanding along La Cienega. He recently opened a shop in one of the best storefronts for his furniture, so he occupies 724 and 750 N. La Cienega Boulevard. A few spaces down from his other location, which I covered on Stylebeat here, the new locale is filled with his furniture designs as well as his accessories. With all of Peter's livable locations, this one also raises the question, "When can I move in?"

The bay windows face La Cienega and the back opens onto a courtyard. I love LA.
Peter moving in.
Framed wood block prints, an indigo striped rug and solid sofa with a mass of printed ethnic pillows say comfort central.
You may recognize the leaf patterned fabric shown here, it became a Peter Dunham fave years ago. The soft palette and finishes are wonderful because nothing screams "I am glaringly brand new."
Take your pick- pillows, accessories and chairs await.
If you need it now, you can buy off the floor, but you can also order com and have it made. Aren't the green lanterns cool?
With Peter, it is all about the mix- weathered finishes, textural rugs, striped and printed fabrics, pottery and glass lamps are displayed throughout.
This chaise is just waiting to be lounged in. The nice girls that work there get to enjoy the courtyard!
An accessories moment: patinated finishes and a colorful ikat shade.
Time for a tete a tete.
The casual cozy combinations in the store is what makes it so appealing.
Abstract art work and a rough hewn table and benches look great together.
And let's not forget the great vintage books he has too.
